How we work
We ask a lot of questions before we cut anything.
Every project moves through the same five stages, from understanding the problem to standing the finished piece where it belongs. You know what’s happening, what we need from you, and what comes next.
01
Listen

We start by understanding the real problem: what the piece has to do, who it’s for, where it’s going and when it has to be there. Sometimes what you asked for and what you need are different things. This is where we find out.
From you: the brief, references, the site, the date
02
Propose

You get design options as sketches or renderings, with a cost estimate. Once we agree on the approach and the cost, a 50% deposit starts the work.
From you: a direction, and the deposit
03
Design

We finalize every detail: materials, finishes, structure, logistics. We measure and confirm dimensions in the field and redraw from there, even when the drawings come from an engineer. You approve the final design before anything gets built.
From you: site access, final approval
04
Fabricate

Fabrication drawings, CNC and laser files, then the build. Nothing leaves the shop until it meets our standard.
Changes after approval: agreed in writing as change orders
05
Deliver & install

We crate it, deliver it and, when the job calls for it, install it. Event and install dates don’t move, so we plan back from yours.
Working together
A partner, not just a fabricator.
We’ll ask questions
And when something in the direction won’t serve the result, we’ll say so early, while it’s still cheap to change.
Design and build, together
The people who design your piece are the people who engineer and build it. Nothing gets lost between the drawing and the shop.
No job too small
One sign or a whole environment. What matters is that you care how it turns out.
Have something to build?
